Corn and Bacon Dip


  • Half jalapeno diced small
  • half a large red bell pepper diced small
  • half red onion diced small
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 lb. Bacon- cooked and crumbled
  • 3 tbsp ranch powder
  • 1 lb. sour cream
  • 1 lb frozen corn
  • 1 bunch green onion chopped
  • 8 oz. sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan
  • 1 to 2 cups Ranch dressing
  • 1/4 to 1/2 cup milk
  • salt and pepper to taste


Saute the jalapeno, bell pepper, onion, and garlic until soft and just starting to brown. 

Mix everything together with enough milk/ranch to get it to the thickness you want. 


This dip is great. It's smoky and cheesey, but not too heavy dip for chips or crackers.
