- 1 c. uncooked rice
- 1 tsp. butter or margarine
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 1 tsp. lime juice
- 1 can chicken broth
- 1 cup water
- 1 Tbsp. lime juice
- 2 tsp. sugar
- 3 tablespoons fresh chopped cilantro
Mix the final 3 ingredients together in a bowl and pour over the hot just cooked rice and mix in.
