5 cardamom pods
1 tsp each of fenugreek, coriander
2 tsp fennel
12 curry leaves
Toast These spices
4-5tsp turmeric
1 piece ginger
1-2 red dried red peppers
1/4 cup almonds
Small handful cashew
Blend these with coconut milk and oil until smooth.
Simmer with onion chosen veggies and or chicken and 1 star anise.
